Junior Creative Producer
Start: October 2025
Location: Vienna
Scope: min. 30h / week
Gross salary: min. € 2,400 / month (full-time)
In your role, you will work closely with our team, take on production responsibility, develop workflows to participate in european biddings, manage project budgets and coordinate internal and external project timelines. You will help to successfully turn ideas into reality and be involved in all phases of the projects – from initial tenders and concepts to concrete implementation and completion. You are particularly aware that your role involves a great deal of mediation – resilience and fast, professional communication are a must.

Possible areas of responsibility
- Production responsibility for acquisition processes and the preparation of tender documents
- Planning and organisation of projects, as well as communication with internal and external project participants.
- Research on project content, potential partners and new project ideas.
- On-location support for the implementation of exhibitions, installations and events.
- Administrative support for daily studio operations as well as internal processes and workflows.
Your profile
- Initial practical experience in the realisation and management of exhibitions, festivals or artistic productions
- Independent and autonomous research and implementation of tasks
- Organisational skills, resilience, ability to work in a team and structured remote working style
- Experimental and curious approach
- Travel and assignments at production sites are no problem for you
- Interest in topics such as diversity, inclusion, accessibility and sustainability
- Very good German and English skills

3e8 is a Viennese studio for digital art, interactive exhibits and productions with creative technologies with offices in Vienna and Berlin. With a strong focus on user experience and emotional storytelling, we design and develop projects for exhibitions, at events, in public spaces and on the web. In addition to commissioned work with and for curators, agencies, institutes and the public sector, we also pursue our own ideas in audiovisual performances, data visualizations and political activism.
