Back in 2016 we presented a fusion of concert performance, visual art, and interactive spatial installation. Performed live by the post-rock band le_mol in a secluded basement, the artists transmitted a video and sound stream directly to the center of the exhibition hall. Expansive projections visualized the band’s approach, evolving into an interactive sound continuum over three hours. Visitors gathered in the center of the room, engaging in a reciprocal jam with the musicians, creating an immersive, full-body, and temporally displaced experience. Music, imagery, space, and audience converged in search of a common language.
