Sitisizer

SITISIZER transmits the inherent natural sounds and properties of an inflatable seat, produced by the Vienna-based architects at Experimonde. The studio conducts research on the use of plastic diaphragms at the intersection of architecture and art, exploring applications such as noise cancellation through building covers. Our approach involves capturing the sounds of people moving in the chair and interacting with the material, and transforming these into a 360° audio panorama. The goal is to convert the typically unpleasant sounds produced when plastics and skin come into contact into a more pleasant auditory experience.
