City in the Cloud – Data on the Ground

For the exhibition "City in the Cloud - Data on the Ground", shown at Architekturmuseum der TUM, Pinakothek der Moderne, we produced an array of interactive exhibits to expose the physical realities of the vast and rapidly expanding global data infrastructure: data centers in cities and remote regions, undersea cables, and raw materials.

Audioversum Schreiraum

Redesigned as an interactive sound installation, Schreiraum lets visitors experience how loudness affects hearing. A microphone translates screams into colorful animations on a triptych LED screen. Guiding participants through animated animal forms that represent rising decibel levels, turning sound into a playful, intuitive experience.

Bewegte Orte

Bewegte Orte („Moving Places“) is an interactive data visualization made for the activism camp at Volkskundemuseum in the course of Vienna Klimabiennale 2024. The exhibit enabled activists and visitors to share their feelings about places and stories in Austria and if they made an impact on them.

Spatial A/V

Spatial A/V is an ongoing project series built around a 4-meter ambisonic structure: a dodecahedral frame equipped with 20 OTTOsonics speakers, a subwoofer, and up to ten projection surfaces. As the system expands into light and projection, the dodecahedron becomes an extended audiovisual canvas, allowing for extended narratives and playful interactions.

Lucy

End of May 2024, after a few painstaking weeks, we finally installed our light installation LUCY at Bühne im Hof St. Pölten in the course of Lucid Dreams Festival. It was constructed using the principle of tensegrity, resulting in a very light and modular design, which ensures easy assembly and disassembly with no material waste, allowing for various shapes - and for this purpose portraying Lucy, a dancer, journeying through your lucid dreams.

Sea-Watch: Das begehbare Mittelmeer

As part of the Corona Culture exhibition (Alte Münze, Berlin) Sea-Watch invited to an audiovisual and immersive installation, in which the visitors dedicate themselves to the complex topic – but not in the otherwise usual and documentary sense. In painstaking and months-long work, a 105m² room was turned into a multimedia experience in which visual, auditory and haptic senses are activated during a tour and changes of perspective are practiced.
